Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 14, 2026

This policy describes what data the marginforcare.com marketing website collects, how we use it, and your choices. It covers the public website only. Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled exclusively by the Margin for Care product under a separate Business Associate Agreement with each covered entity. The marketing website itself is not a BAA-covered surface — please do not submit PHI through the contact email, booking form, or any other channel on this site.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by Praxiom Systems LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Margin for Care. Throughout this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Praxiom Systems LLC. Contact for privacy inquiries: [email protected].

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the marginforcare.com marketing website and any pages served from it. It does not govern the Margin for Care product, which handles PHI under a separate Business Associate Agreement and is subject to its own privacy and security documentation provided directly to design partners and customers.

If you are evaluating the product and want to see product-side privacy and security controls, contact us for the current data-handling documentation — do not rely on this page as a substitute.

3. Information we collect

The marketing website collects a small amount of information, all of which falls into one of the following categories:

Access logs.

When you visit a page, our hosting provider records standard HTTP access metadata: your IP address, user-agent string, the URL you requested, HTTP status code, and a timestamp. This data is used for security and abuse prevention and is retained by the provider under its own policy.

Analytics.

We use Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate page views and custom events — for example, when a visitor clicks the “Apply to the design partner circle” CTA. The analytics SDK is cookieless, does not set cross-site tracking identifiers, and does not read your browsing history. Our dashboards surface counts and patterns, not individual visitor identities.

Design-partner inquiries.

When you book an introductory call through Calendly or email us at the address in this policy, we receive your name, email address, and any information you voluntarily share about your practice. Calendly collects this data directly through its own form; we see it because Calendly surfaces it to us after you submit. Please do not include client names, session details, diagnoses, or any other PHI in the booking form or in email — those belong in the product, under a BAA, not in a prospecting conversation.

Nothing else in this category.

Aside from what's described above, the marketing website does not set advertising cookies, session-replay cookies, browser fingerprinting, third-party re-targeting pixels, or chat widgets. If we add anything in this category in the future, we will update this page.

4. How we use information

  • Operate and secure the website.
  • Respond to design-partner inquiries and schedule introductory calls.
  • Measure aggregate site performance and see which content and calls-to-action are useful.
  • Improve the site based on what we learn from aggregated usage patterns.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers. We do not use any information collected on the marketing website to train machine-learning models.

5. Subprocessors

We use the following third parties to operate the marketing website. Each has access only to the data described next to its name. If you have a specific subprocessor question, contact us.

Cloudflare, Inc.
Pages hosting and CDN. Receives visitor IP addresses and HTTP requests. Privacy policy.
Vercel, Inc.
Cookieless web analytics. Receives anonymized page views and custom event names — no cross-site identifiers, no session replay. Privacy policy.
Calendly, LLC
Design-partner call scheduling. If you click through to book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any practice information you provide on its form. Privacy policy.

Product subprocessors (database, authentication, error monitoring, email delivery, AI) are out of scope for this page — they are disclosed in the Business Associate Agreement and separate product documentation.

6. Cookies and tracking

The marketing website does not set advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or session-replay cookies. The analytics we use is cookieless.

Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may set short-lived cookies for bot protection and security depending on the protections configured for this deployment. Any such cookie is strictly for abuse prevention and is not used to track you across sites.

We do not use any kind of browser fingerprinting, device ID, or re-targeting pixel.

7. Data retention

Inquiry emails are retained for as long as the conversation remains relevant to an active or prospective design partner relationship, then deleted on a rolling basis. Access log data is retained by Cloudflare per its default retention policy. Analytics data is retained by Vercel per its default retention policy.

If you want us to delete a specific email exchange, reach out to us at [email protected] and we will confirm deletion.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you want us to look up. We will respond within a reasonable period, usually within thirty days.

We do not currently operate automated data-subject-request flows. For the small volume of requests the marketing website receives, a direct email is the fastest path.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To the extent applicable state or federal law gives you additional privacy rights, you may exercise those rights by contacting us at the address above, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children's privacy

The marketing website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the site, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The website links to third-party services, including Calendly for booking calls and external privacy policies of subprocessors listed in section 5. These services are operated by their respective providers under their own privacy policies. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their data practices.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the change. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
