2. Who we are

The website is operated by Praxiom Systems LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Washington, doing business as Margin for Care. Throughout these terms, “Margin for Care” refers to the Praxiom Systems LLC entity.

3. Permitted use

You may read the content of the website, contact us through the channels we provide, and book a design-partner introductory call. Personal and professional evaluation of Margin for Care is welcomed.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, mirror, or bulk-download the site or any portion of it using automated means beyond what search engine indexing permits.
• Impersonate Margin for Care, Praxiom Systems LLC, any of our employees or advisors, or any other person or entity.
• Probe, scan, stress-test, or attempt to disrupt the availability of the site or any underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from compiled client-side assets.
• Use our brand, trademarks, logos, copy, or visual identity to imply affiliation, endorsement, or partnership that does not exist.
• Use the website to transmit malicious code, unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

The Margin for Care name, logos, word marks, website copy, page designs, illustrations, and other brand assets are owned by Praxiom Systems LLC. These terms do not grant you any license to use those assets beyond what is necessary to view the site in a web browser and share links to public pages.

6. Third-party services

The website links to third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling design-partner calls. These services are operated by their respective providers under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or data handling. Your use of any linked third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.

7. Disclaimers and product scope

Disclaimer of warranties.The Site and all content, information, materials, and functionality made available through the Site are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praxiom Systems LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, quiet enjoyment, and any warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that the Site or any content will meet your requirements or expectations.

The website is provided for informational purposes. Nothing on the website constitutes a binding offer, warranty, guarantee, or commitment with respect to the Margin for Care product, its features, its pricing, or its availability.

The Margin for Care product is governed by separate written agreements with customers and design partners. If you are evaluating whether to use the product, request the current Design Partner Pilot Agreement or SaaS agreement — do not rely on the website as a substitute.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Praxiom Systems LLC, its officers, employees, advisors, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to the website only; liability with respect to the Margin for Care product is addressed in the applicable product agreement.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the change. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the website will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
